Interviewing, selecting, coaching, training, managing, and appraising the performance of fixed route personnel. Working closely with the maintenance department on bus operations related matters. Performing other duties as required by the Director of Bus Operations.
Develops long and short range transportation plans/programs for buses, emergency response plans, for the purpose of ensuring that the company resources are effectively utilized.
Dispatches drivers for the purpose of meeting the schedule demands
Conducts regular inspections for the purpose of ensuring work quality, performance and production, and assuring that staff performance is meeting established standards and expectations.
Handling complete Luxury Limousine operational activities
Dealing with the drivers and customers.
Monitoring the bookings and provide urgent requirements to the clients.
Sales development and signing deals with new properties / projects.

1. Business planning and forecasting for starting.

4. Provide rental quotes and lease quotes for buses/cars on daily, weekly & monthly
basis with and without driver.
5. Making operational monthly dashboard report.
6. Guest surveys tasks to increase the service quality.

8. Meeting clients to provide the presentations on services to increase the sales.
9. Hiring new drivers and staff for the company.
10. Monitoring the GPS / Vehicle tracking system.

7. Ensure that administrative staff are capturing all required data e.g. trip-sheets, fuel records, tracking reports and KPI data
8. Monitor all trip records for billing purposes
9. Record daily speeding and vehicle idle time, Ensure close monitoring of all driver document submissions e.g. fuel slips, trip sheets and pre trip inspections
10. Recommend areas of improvement within Transport activities and operations
11. Communicate daily planning information to the line manager so as to assist with improving fleet efficiency and reduction of vehicle running costs
12. Schedule and oversee driver training, Monitor serious incidents 13. Keep up to date with market trends, market rates and conditions
Check, respond and forward all email to Bus Division. Making sure that all email are responded promptly.
Handle phone customer and assist them in their needs.
Maintain booking records and communicate to the coordinators accordingly.
Coordinate, supervise and monitor the coordinators.
Investigate and resolve coordinators complaint.
Provide weekly report to the operation manager.
Visiting sites randomly to ensure the quality service is being maintained.
Providing quotations (after approval) to customers and follow up.
Assisting the operation manager and QHSE manager in preparing reports.
Driver’s awareness trainings so that the AVIS quality standards are being strictly followed. Like Drivers Grooming, Vehicle Quality, Health and safety, Tardiness, etc
Study all schedule and provide optimized solution by implementing the necessary procedures with maximum utilization.
Recheck the driver and coordinator timesheet.
Complete and implement service and operation related reports.
Deal with customer and driver in manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism.
Making rent agreements to the customers providing them with all the information regarding terms and conditions, road map and rental expenses in front, on internet or via phones.
Managing the renter’s invoices daily, weekly and monthly. i.e. checking fines and saliks. Also regular updating for Dubai government car rental website.
Maintaining the vehicles in proper conditions and usage through supervision on transport clerk, cleaners, mechanic and drivers.
Arranging the transportation reports for staff members and students of the head office (Al Ahli Driving Centre Dubai).
Updating the daily transportation and Rental reports and coordinate with the Accounts department and then forwarding it to the superiors.
Discussing the vehicle repairs, maintenance and tuning requirements with vehicle controller, and collect the spare parts, tyres etc invoices for making the LPO.
Consult with senior managers and CEO to establish policies concerned with the development, operation and maintenance of services keeping the future growth and expansion that include new system generated reports to analyze the business properly in auto lease industry.
Bachelor's in Information Technology (Honors) degree, Specialization in networking.
