We have about more than 20 Buildings to be rented nearly 1300 rooms Rated A quality Interior Fit-out in Fully Furnish Apartments, We built and Renovate all Maintenance Works, landscape and facilities are in modern altitude design. i manage to oversea all interior works requirements for all of the comments and suggestion from the clients thru in-house Call Center Agent from our mother Company. we have about 400 personnel doing such all requirements to build Buildings form desert to Hotel Standard Apartments.
In-charge for all fit-outs requirement process to the satisfactory of the client. managing Carpentry & Joinery Staff from, Design, selection of the material finishes, purchasing, production and free assembly prior to site installation up to handover into our costumer for all apartments.
Coordinates design process, attend meeting to the consultant and collaborates Contract Specs regards QA/QC. Conduct meetings with the Division Managers for all section department to meet all standard process to satisfy clients of the company, such as prominent residents & villas and mansions project with in the company costumer.
I render Interior Design / Fit-out solution / Costing Estimate and Installation for all types of finishes for Interior Works, such as all types of flooring using special insulation, walls and suspended ceiling insulation and complete kitchen and wardrobes fittings, Doors & Window owning System.
Carpentry & Joinery Works
I manage to operate these family business from A to Z rules such as gathering information from the client requirements in design, installation, terms of payment. Manage construction and manufacturing process, handling workers from materials selection up to the handling and satisfaction of the clients.
