Ar-5000/5000/100 Air Separation Plant.
➢ Controlling fractionating columns, compressors, purifying towers, heat exchangers
and related equipment to extract Nitrogen, Oxygen from air for industrial and
therapeutic use
➢ Supervise and direct charging line operators and other personnel to proper
discharge on their respective duties and responsibiliti.
➢ Provide process safety support, including technical and safety reviews for plant
changes and process safety investigations.
➢ Provide hands on support as required to assist in resolving Instrument/Electrical
/Mechanical/ Operational field problems as they occur..
➢ Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines
valves, motors, and other plant equipment as required

➢ Plant Start up and Shut down smoothly as per designed SOP.
➢ Assist Plant Manager in the investigation of operational incidents and
development
of corrective and preventive measures
➢ process operation, monitor process parameters and correct the deviations and
responsible for optimizing process conditions to get the desired yield and
qualityof the product .
➢ Condition monitoring of all plant equipment and machinery.
➢ Daily monitor plant parameters and record it in log sheet
Plant for the processing of natural gas hydrocarbons from the stations of
Sadad, Abu Rabah and North Al Fayd. With a production capacity of 7.56
million standard cubic meters of sales gas, 150 tons of LPG and 4000 bbl. per a day.
I worked on the following:
• Separation, sweetening, dehydration (Glycol & mole sieve)
• NGL’s recovery (Turbo expander, MRU, J-T valve).
• Fractionation, stabilization, storage tank and utility.
• Firefighting system
• Workshop (simulation of separation, metering and heat exchanger
units)
• DCS and control room.
