The main responsibilities for this role are to Supervise and manage program staff to ensure that area staff have clearly defined objectives and understand their responsibilities, to incorporate staff development strategies and Performance Management Systems into team building process, to Ensure availability of appropriate professional development opportunities for staff and encourage a team culture of learning, creativity and innovation., to Provide technical support, maintain & monitor computer systems, Switches, Firewall, servers, network configuration and Ticketing troubleshooting .
•Responsible for all the IT operations in the SRO.
•Manage and execute Information Management projects so they stick to schedule, scope, and budget.
•Track project milestones and deliverables, communicating with users and coworkers as necessary to keep them abreast of the projects progress.
•Create and manage work breakdown structures of IT projects.
•Collect and summarize information in preparation for creating and submitting status reports.
•Plan, Implements and Review the Security and integrity of Organizational Data and IT Systems as per IT Policies and Guidelines, considering individual and Departmental requirements in the organization.
•Develop implements and reviews the Contingency and Data Disaster Recovery Plan in accordance with IT Policies and Procedures
•Apply all the IT Policies and make sure the IT Focal points and contractors are trained on how to apply that polices and they have the suitable training on that.
•Supporting MEE regional IT manager in the IT operations within the region.

The main responsibilities for this role were to Manage IT works and to Provide technical support, maintain & monitor computer systems, Switches, Firewall, servers, network configuration, Backup Solutions, CCTV System and Ticketing troubleshooting and to build IT capacity building for the staff in line with the HR Policies and other organizational Policies and Procedures.
•Coordinate with ICT Global about the Policies, Standards and Procedures
•Develop, reviews IT Policy and enforces compliance on IT systems and Policies.
•Develop Implements, Monitors and Reports on the performance of the IT Unit Systems, AOP (Annual Operation Plan) and Budget.
•Deploy implementation of new relevant technologies
•Work closely with IT Solutions Providers to plan, design and implement IT Business solutions relevant to different offices and Departments.
•Develops implements and reviews the Contingency and Data Disaster Recovery Plan in accordance with IT Policies and Procedures.

•Prioritize, coordinate and resolve. Level Support of Costumer Service incident requests.
The main responsibilities for this role were to manage large-scale deployment projects for client with full oversight for design, development, deployment and Define technical requirements and document plans for project lifecycle deployment.
•Created and executed plans for communication protocol during projects.
•Scheduled and led meetings related to current and upcoming projects.
•Assessed risk factors and developed strategies for response.
•Obtained resources and materials for projects by negotiating with project stakeholders.
Provide technical assistance to the establishment of a database to monitor and analyze the program data.
•Provide On-the-Job (OTJ) Training to IMC Jordan employees and Short-term Contractors as time allows.
•Maintain and install email addresses and responsible for emails backup and data recovery.
•Prepare monthly HIS report for each clinic and prepare a monthly summary report.
•Coordinate with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) RAIS Focal Point on receiving regular Reports and follow up on required support by UNHCR to this information system.
•Develop and revise databases required for program data collection and provide training to IMC staff and clinic staff
•Install software required for data collection.
•Extract necessary statistical reports required by program as necessary.
•Participate in any trainings or meetings related to RAIS and HIS.
•Provide support and training for the members of E-learning activities.
