• Engaged in all project initiation activities, cost estimation, tender preparation and negotiation
• Monitoring submittal, productivity, delivery, logistics and construction progress
• Overall responsibility of completing the projects as per design intent, on time, within the budget and projects objectives
• Liaising with the consultant and owner representative establishing a trustful relationship
• Attending the weekly progress and technical meetings
• Regular meeting with company CEO
• Coordinate between the subcontractors to ensure execution of all projects phases on time
• Evaluation of all change orders with the client and the subcontractors
• Negotiate subcontractors agreement, purchase orders and contracts with the client
• Preparation of claim schedule for extension of time as per the contractual conditions for the ongoing projects
• Forecast the needed resources and verify subcontractor ability to perform the works
• Liaise with the client/consultant to solve arising problem
• Attend visits to factories/suppliers to ensure that quality is achieved and production is coping with the project schedule
• Regular site visits to check work progress

• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors
• Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal project management team as and when required
• Prepare monthly cost report to the general manager showing projects total cost both incurred and anticipated to complete vs budget taking into consideration the approved variations
• Review of all change order to insure all additions and deletions are incorporated and monitored
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bids, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
• Manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
• Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary)
• Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the bid
• Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues
• Responsible for succeeding hotel mock up rooms in accordance with the hotel operator standard and consultant instructions
• Developing the factory to be certified with Q-Mark ( Fire Door Manufacturing, installation and servicing ) according to the British Standard
• Ensuring maintenance program is applied
• Ensuring that the QC is applied and is meeting the quality demand of the customer
• Reducing the operational cost by implementing effective strategies
• Improving the workplace and labor conditions
• Planning production meetings, worker schedule and preventive maintenance schedule
• Prepares monthly production report and monthly billing
