1. Managing operation and maintenance for District Cooling plant (DCP). Effective management of resources such as manpower, spares and consumables required for smooth operation and effective maintenance of the DCP.
2. Optimizing & Upgrading the chiller systems and performing modifications to improve plant energy consumption and reliability.
3, Developing maintenance & overhaul procedures/ plans for district cooling plants by applying expert knowledge of plant equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, etc to meet industrial standards and improve reliability of assets
4. Planning, Monitoring and Controlling project budget to meet strategic objectives.
5. Preparing, Monitoring and Controlling finances of projects. Identifying variations and performing integration Management.
6. Performing risk analysis & developing contingency plans, standard operation procedures.
7. Performing root cause analysis, investigating mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems for solution.
8. Prepare maintenance and estimate contracts for specialized services.
