1. Managing operation and maintenance for District Cooling plant (DCP). Effective management of resources such as manpower, spares and consumables required for smooth operation and effective maintenance of the DCP.
2. Optimizing & Upgrading the chiller systems and performing modifications to improve plant energy consumption and reliability.
3, Developing maintenance & overhaul procedures/ plans for district cooling plants by applying expert knowledge of plant equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, etc to meet industrial standards and improve reliability of assets
4. Planning, Monitoring and Controlling project budget to meet strategic objectives.
5. Preparing, Monitoring and Controlling finances of projects. Identifying variations and performing integration Management.
6. Performing risk analysis & developing contingency plans, standard operation procedures.
7. Performing root cause analysis, investigating mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems for solution.
8. Prepare maintenance and estimate contracts for specialized services.
9. Implement the QHSE policy and monitoring compliance

KEY JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Managing multiple plant Operation and Maintenance teams
2. Controlling and monitoring the Operation of the Chilled Water Plants in accordance to achieve the key performance Indicators (KPI) ensuring contract terms and conditions are maintained.
3. Optimizing existing systems and proposing modifications to improve plant energy consumption and reliability
4. Developing and Implementing standard operational procedures, operational philosophies, optimization procedures in real time scenarios.
5. Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation for increasing reliability of Plant equipment with correct utilization of resources
6. Performing Root Cause Analysis, Investigating mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems for solution.
7. Managing resources such as Manpower, Spares and Consumables required for smooth operation and maintenance of the plant.
8. Supervising and executing of testing and commissioning for new plants, ensuring smooth handover between the project team and O&M team
9. Technical Advisor for Project team for installation and coordinating for development of PIDs and Operation philosophies for District Cooling Plants
10. Confirming Plant to authority’s requirement

1. Initiating the project by identifying the requirement with Stakeholders, qualifications and developing the project charter.
2. Reviewing contract specifications and Drawings and coordination between discipline.
3. Planning for projects by preparing project management plans and baselines, WBS, Schedules, Risk management plans and other project documents.
4. Preparing and reviewing material take off (MTO), Performing the selection of material & key equipment & materials, preparing procurement plans and material delivery plan to meet the project baselines.
5. Execution of projects to meet project performance baselines and quality metrics to meet the project deliverables.
6. Supervising of mechanical construction activities at site, ensuring full coordination between all other disciplines/trades. Coordinating with client, consultant, and other authorities
7. Monitoring and Controlling project executions activities to meet project baselines.
8. Planning and Managing resources of the project
9. Coordinating with customer, clients, stakeholders
10. Performing project closure and phase validation
