IT Network Manager

Working with group teams \[Oxford based\] on large scale projects to deploy SD-WAN, Cisco Umbrella, and Secure Internet Gateway (SIG) solution for Pakistan branch, refresh all network equipment with Cisco Meraki, Introduce Salesforce lightning interface, migrate SAP R3 to SAP HANA and backup solution migrate to cloud base RUBRIK from VEEAM backup.
• Propelled new technologies, formulated future visions, designed systems, enhanced software implementations, rolled out products on time and budget across the company.
• Contributed to general business planning regarding technology, required to maintain and promote the growth of company operations and competitiveness.
• Conferred with executives to advise and plan for short-term and long-term IT system upgrade needs.
• Developed IT and Network related KPIs to measure monthly performance.
IT Infrastructure
• Implemented and maintained IT infrastructure on remote branches, implement all the necessary IT services and trained branch staff, up until now managing 20 branches IT infrastructure nationwide.

• Network Monitoring through SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor and troubleshooting through NetFlow Traffic Analyzer and PRTG tools.

Websites Management
