During my period of work in the Department of Finance, I made achievements that have a great role in the department, and my most important achievements are:

Strategic Planning
 Develop 5 years Strategic Plane in DOF for the years 2015-2021 (Vision, Mission, Values, Strategic KPIs, SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard, Operational Plan, and Operational KPIs).
 Design integrated employee’s performance appraisal systems, and identify their efficiencies, effectiveness, and competencies.

Corporate Governance
 Create DOF corporate governance guide
 Development of internal audit function related to corporate governance.
 Maintain compliance obligations register
 Assist with development of committee terms of reference and appropriate. governance structures to support objectives.
 Managing internal and external Audits.

Risk Management
 Designing and implementing an overall risk management process based on ISO 31000.
 Manage the risk management framework.
 Liaise with risk owners regarding risk management strategies to ensure a risk aware culture.
 Maintain strategic and operational risk registers.
 Coordinate regular risk reports to the Board.
 Secretariat for Risk and Compliance Board subcommittee.

Corporate Excellence:
 Prepared DOF submission documents based on Dubai Government Excellence Program in 2017 and in 2021 I prepared and presented three important criteria, institutional risk, governance and future foresight
 Performance and processes development based on excellence requirements, in order to Prepare DOF for various government excellence awards which based on the EFQM Model and the Fourth Generation of Government Excellence Program (4G).

Policy :
 Manage the policy framework including coordination of the policy library and document control based on ISO 9001.
 Provide advice to policy owners regarding policy development and implementation.
 Develop corporate governance policy.
 Coordinate and Chair Policy Working Group.

Strategic Planning and Performance Management Specialist في Federal Electricity & Water Authority “FEWA”

 Develop the new 3 years Strategic Plane in FEWA for the years 2014-2016 (Vision, Mission, Values, Strategic KPIs, SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard, Operational Plan, and Operational KPIs).
 Prepare quarterly and yearly KPIs performance Management reports to analyze the performance and charts against defined Strategic, Operational, and the Governments (KPIs) as well as identify relationships and trends in the data.
 Prepare FEWA submission documents for Shekh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) . “Based on EFQM Excellence Model”
 Collect evidence that are relevant to the Award submission document, and prepare the trend analysis for the data collected.
 Conduct self assessment for the Award submission document using the RADAR Scoring Matrix.
 Process Engineering & Reengineering: Design processes and review the effectiveness of the process framework in delivering the strategy.
 Gathering data from the departments and entering them in ADAA government KPI’s system.
 Use market research, customer surveys and other forms of feedback to determine customer current needs and expectations for services .
 Consulting organization for ISO certification in departmental level and meeting all the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
 Effectively interact with Electricity and Water Production and Customer Service departments to ensure all reviewed and new business
 Processes meet quality standards and follow continuous improvement methodologies.
 Plan data collection methods for specific study and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used.

 I have been selected to work with HSBC bank in a temporary assignment for 6 month as an outsource contractor.
 My assignment was to check the staff performance against to bank quality standards and their extent of commitment to the laws, rules and regulation.
 Audit follow ups.
 Report the final result to the compliance manger.

•Developing and controlling the trading environment, by watching over staff to evaluate all trades done under the firm. This is to ensure that brokers are adapting well to a constantly changing in condition of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Abu Dhabi Financial Exchange (ADX).

•Reinforce a culture of Excellence by communicating the Bank's mission, vision, values, plans, objectives and targets to all staffs and deploy Excellence Awareness policy.
•Involve in setting the Key performance indicators in the departmental level.
•Improve Processes using innovation and creativity in order to fully satisfy and generate increasing value for customers.
Use market research, customer surveys and other forms of feedback to determine customer current needs and expectations.
•Evaluate the quality policy followed in the departmental level.
•Involve in setting the strategic objectives and measurable goals. Then create programs to achieve the targets.
