Establish Quality, Food Safety, OH&S Policy and Objectives
Internal Auditors team leader ( HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001 and BRC ) .
Member of Company Quality, Food Safety and OH&S Committee
Develop, assist in the Evaluation and Implement the Changes in work Operations and Process by KPIs to improve Operation efficiencies
Internal trainer ( Hygiene, Sanitation, GMP, HACCP, ISO9000, ISO22000 and BRC ) and responsible to establish, Manage and Implement factory Training Plan.
Maintain and uses a vector of Customer Satisfaction metrics to manage the Organization
Make sure that the warehouses are in good condition for receiving and keeping all materials and Finish Products.
Product, process, Raw Material and packaging research and development ( R&D)
Ensure compliance of standards for all the company's products throughout the different production steps.
Focuses on Process and waste to enable Continuous Improvement across multiple Departments.
Ensure the reliability of Laboratory results.
Coordinate Implementation of 5S in the Facility.

*Oversee Quality Control Team
*Review and Maintain Quality Control Documents.
*Using Statistical Process Control for KPI's
*Manage Production and Manufacture of Olives (Receiving - grading -curing - Fermentation - Oxidation).
*Supervise the Glass Jar Production line.
*Supervise the Can Production line.
*Raw Material and Packing Material Receiving and Inspections.
*Supervise Labeling and Packing Production lines.
*Finish Product analysis.

 Ensure the production plan is achieved on daily basis
 Prepare monthly production report highlighting productivity, main achievements
 Control on the Process and Packaging
 Managing the HACCP program
 Developing company waste disposal methods ( Raw material, finish product, Maintenance )
 Cleaning and Sanitizing the Machines.

 Monitoring all Manufacturing Process.
