Managed the Landside operations precinct at Cape Town International Airport to anticipate accidents, incidents and
eliminate late check ins for passengers.
This was done via cctv cameras where I watched the operational hotspots to anticipate quick turnaround and even
anticipate resolutions via the client managers on the floor.

Provided continuous feedback in terms of international soccer teams arriving so that this information could filter
throughout the operational teams to ensure a seamless check in process.
Continuous process improvement was key to anticipating challenges for the aviation management centre as the various
representatives had to work together from different airlines to resolve challenges speedily to avoid flight delays, late
boarding and late departures.
Airport Management system called Zeus to log all Landside events.
Coordinated three assistants and managed a portfolio of 97 corporate clients that included BP, Spar, Shoprite, Scania,
Total, Standard Bank, and Fuelogic. Monitored performance and provided continual communication with clients.
