•Worked as water utility management expert in the project, named Dhaka Water Supply Secto rDevelopment Project (DWSSDP), funded by Asian Development Bank, worth USD 150 million. Overall management of the project which includes project planning, scheduling and reporting. Prepare project implementation plan in coordination with DWASA management and ADB. Facilitate all kinds of Auditing. Overall fund management.
•Overseeing financial capacity building programs of Accounts department of DWASA. Formulate and implement a comprehensive information system to track progress. •For Operation and Maintenance of water and sewerage networks of Dhaka City.
•Management of three Surface water treatment Plants, one SewageTreatment Plant ( capacity 120, 000m3/day), 23 Sewerage lifting stations and around 600 (six hundred) Deep Tube wells for water abstraction and distribution.Overall responsibility of revenue collection. Prepare budget of the zonal offices under the circle office.
•Forecast and conduct technical feasibility of strategic plan for water services. Prepare plan. Provide inputs to reorganization of WASA setup for sustainable O&M activities, prepare job description of the staff engaged in the MODS (Maintenance, Operation, Distribution and Services) Circle. Coordinate in the setting up training organogram and capacity strengthening in the training institute of DWASA.
•Participated in the process of hiring of new employees, evaluated employee performance, and recommended employees for commendation or disciplinary action
•Provided emergency response to water service interruptions (leaks, reduced pressure, loss of service) and ensured efficient and economical repairs; resolved customer complaints; Determined cause of service interruptions and assigns appropriate responsibility.

Saidabad Water Treatment Plant Project)
•Assist in preparing overall Project Implementation plan and detailed work program spanning its financial, technical and administrative management. Check and review design of whole pumping system, internal wiring system, ventilation’s system and coordination with Electrical and Electro-chemical equipment’slayout for various types of buildings of Water Treatment Plant.
•Establish listing of electrical equipment (motor, measuring devices, recorders, indicators, integrators mimic panel data collection, data processing etc.). Assist to prepare tender documents, evaluation of tenders, contract preparation and negotiation and award of contract. Assist selection of electrical / electro-mechanical equipment from suppliers. Supervise installation of electro-mechanical machineries &equipment.
