A. Specific Objectives
Manage the operation and administration of the climate-smart Agriculture (CSA) interventions to improve the resilience of vulnerable households through improved domestic production.
B. Main Objectives
• Mission 1: Ensure the selection and follow-up of project beneficiaries with the support of the Program Manager.
- Conduct the technical survey data collection process
- Analyses and compile the technical survey results to allow the beneficiary selection
- Lead the beneficiaries‘ selection based on the criteria set by ACF
- Ensure that the compilation and archiving of the beneficiary lists and supporting documents are as per ACF standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the Data Entry team in compiling a beneficiaries list.
- Ensure a proper follow-up and communication with the beneficiaries before and after the organization of the training
•- Carry out regular visits to monitor and follow up on the implementation of the skills covered during the training as per the defined schedule.
- Ensure the proper compilation and analyze of the data collected during the supervision visits and generate a supervision report
- Define with the selected beneficiaries a schedule for the peer-to-peer sessions
- Support and follow up with the selected beneficiaries for the delivery of the peer-to-peer sessions on the field
• Mission 4: Supervise and Manage the project’s team
- Participate in the recruiting process.
- Train and supervise the team members.
- Ensure technical support to the team members in the implementation of the activities
- Organize the work of the team to optimize the capacity of each team member;
- Define Individual Action plans for the team members and carry out staff appraisals
- Provide direction, assigns tasks and give instructions to staff, and follow up on their Action plans.
• Mission 5: Reporting, including Activity Progress, quality plan implementation, and field updates and needs
- Report on the achieved activities and provides an analysis of the performed activities and signal bottlenecks.
- Keep close communication with the FSL PM to update him/her on the ongoing activities, potential problems/treats and successes.
- Identify, analyze and evaluate processes and gaps in the implementation of activities and make recommendations for improvement, ensuring the timely and high-quality implementation of the activities
- Produce and ensure follow-up on implementation plans for the livelihood activities and report on progress to the Program Manager.
- Implement the defined methodology of the FSL department under strict supervision and directions of the FSL PM.
- Propose possible improvements and elaborate lessons learned / capitalization material.
• Mission 6: Fulfil general responsibilities and contribute to broader ACF Jordan operational quality and consistency
- Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information at all times
- Perform other job-related tasks as requested by the supervisor
- Commit to and comply with the organization’s gender, age, and diversity principles and policies (working with people, communication)
- Support the implementation and promotion
