Use of multiple softwares (Finacle, FileNet and Finnone) for:
>Data entry of customer’s information.
>Verification and analysis of credit information and documentation provided by Sales and Branch’s, after checking the quality of application.
>Responsible for reviewing, analysing, recommending case for underwriter across all loans after applying company and central bank guidelines.
>Any other responsibility, as may be entrusted, in the course of normal functioning of the department.
>Performing exposure checks to find any liabilities such as Auto loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Credit cards, ROI’s that customers have within the group companies.
>Data entry of records of the customers associated with Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB).
>Analysing and considering the liabilities that customers have as compared to the AECB report.
As a General intern, I was assigned to the following departments:
HR/Admin:
• My tasks included searching and screening C.Vs for various positions that the company required
• It also involved inviting and scheduling potential candidates for interviews, as well as managing the mass interviews when they were held.
Business Development:
• I was required to compare the prices of various products (including products of 6 different companies) with other online products sold on different websites.
• I was required to call various companies in order to understand the prices used for different products in the market.
Data Entry:
• Following the data entry procedure to update the stocks for Christmas products (about 550 products) using the “Magento” Software, I assisted the data entry department on various occasions.
I.T:
• I mainly connected various (basic) devices with the available CPU in order to get a complete system for a user to have an access to.
• I have installed dongles on computers, in order to have an access to the internet.
• I have also installed printers on various PC’s (Desktop and Laptops) so as to allow the user an ease of access to printout the required documents.
As a Telesales Executive, my main task was:
• To create awareness among the customers about the E-life packages
• To explain what each of the packages offered and their cost and other installation necessities
• To help customers make a decision on a package that suited their needs well.
• To convince the customers about the offers, which was the main target as a telesales executive
• Sell packages as efficiently as possible, thus resulting in an increase in the sales of the main package.
My main task was as a YEC competitor was:
• Organising the stall
• Promoting the products, resulting in the amount of the profits to double in comparison with the cost.
