Duties & Responsibilities

1. Currently engaged in the study of infrastructure projects for roads and bridges in Amaala with Red Sea Corporation and Qiddya.
2. Managed to prepared the proposal drawing for the road alignment with a strategy to balance the cut/fill volume.
3. Defining the type of equipment with respect to RQD values for the effective use of the equipment and to control the productivity and ultimately the schedule and cost.
4. Developed project execution plans for bridges in the Red Sea (Shurayrah Island with the mainland)
5. Developed project Execution Plans for bridges in Qiddiya-Riyadh for lower and upper Plateau by working with international companies like VSL, Acrow, Freyssinet, Silga, Utracon, and NRS AS.
6. Explored the bridge construction equipment like launching Gantries, Form-travelers, Segment lifters, SPMT, Precast yard development for precast segmental bridges.
7. Developed strong relationships with international manufacturers of bridge construction equipment.
8. Take lead on project implementation and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.

9. Plan and organize construction programs, and be responsible for controlling material & resource allocation requirements.
10. Diligently monitor work progress, manage cost/budget through SPI, CPI, BAC, BTC.
11. Implement policies and SOPs as required by the quality system.
12. Manage claims for Loss and Expense and Variations.
13. Work closely with the client’s representative and consultants on the daily operation of the project.
14. Overall management of general site administration.

15. Managing, supporting for the preparation of monthly progress reports, as-built drawings, and site temporary building and facilities layout plan.

16. To assist in the identification of changes in the conditions of the contract.
17. To monitor supplier’s and subcontractor’s performances and also to control and verify suppliers and /or nominated supplier’s products.
18. Assisting/Full responsibility for project final inspection and project handover.
19. Assuming the duties and responsibilities of the project manager in his absence.
20. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
21. Engage with sub-contractors and to confirm material/stock orders as per contract.

22. Make recommendations &/or identify relevant key positions personnel for the project based on background, experience, contract requirements, and workload.
23. Preparing, verifying the site organization chart prior to submission to the client for approval.
24. Prepare & issue corrective action request on any non-conformances.

• Establishing prioritising and determining the resource allocation for efficient and effective delivery of the project.
• Overseeing, selection and coordination with subcontractors.
• Reviewing of Architectural and Engineering (A/E) drawings to make sure for required specifications, RCY Regulations and construcability.
• Performing Quality Control checks and resolving site issues proactively.
• Obtaining all necessary 3rd parties permits and licenses duely signed by relative authorities.
• Tracking/controllig construction schedule and cost.
• Coordinating Just-in-Time material delivery to minimize the storage area requirement.
• Prepration of weekly and monthly progress reports and presentation to senior management for their information and necessary action.
• Preparing and raising TQs, RFIs for necessary modifications/inspection required at site due to construcability issues and maintain the closeout log.
• Supervising & managing project staffing and schedules related to the day-to-day construction aspects of projects. Reviewing daily progress reports, issues and difficulties to solve them
• Managing site activities ensuring compliance to the health and safety regulations.
• Determining, ensuring and reporting in timely manners of the project costs, and monitor payables for the project.
• Working with Project Manager to develop a cost-effective budget, schedule and tracking system for the completion of project.
• Reviewing and controlling sub-contractors progress and preparing progress reports on monthly basis.
• Reviewing and approving of sub-contractors payment requests and issue payment certificates.
• Scheduling and leading site progress meetings on daily baisis.
• Mainataininag and follow up the Risk Register log on dialy baisis.

As site Engineer
• Obtaining necessary permits and ensuring each job is completed according to quality standards.
• Supervising and inspecting all the ongoing site activities like reinforcemet, formwork and shuttering, concrete pouring, finishing activities
• Ensuring the implementation and following the construction safety rule and regulation at site.
• Coordinating with other trade site engineers, foremen/leadsmen/worker on the construction process to proactively resolve site issue and discussing with CM otherwise.
• Controlling the cost of material and labor. Acting as the quality control and to make sure that the objectives of the project are met.
• QA/QC responsibilities through RFIs.Material requests and daily inspection of ongoing activities and received materials
• Follow up material inventory and raising MR in timely manner

AS PROJECT MANAGER,
• Led project teams from design phase through construction and closeout.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders like CEO, business Unit Mnagers(BUM) to collect the building requirements and communicating with consultant.
• Ensuring the final drawings are deeply reviewed and approved by the BUMs to avoid any future change order and issue.
• Review the work of architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Analysis of BOQ, Bids and preparing comparative statement of bidders and getting final approval by CEO.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and quality. Handle change orders, claims review/negotiations, and project documentation.
• Maintaining communications with all related stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of project best practices to solve complex design, construction and operational issues, while ensuring on-time delivery and higher management satisfaction.
• Enforcing the rigorious quality control throughout all aspects of build to maximize the build quality and to reduce the remedial actions and associated cost.
• Huge Renovation Jobs in short time, accomplished by using Crashing and Fast Tracking.

Coordination between client, consultant and the contractors.
Receiving drawings from consultant, studying and handing over to contractor for in time completion of the different activities.
Checking on daily basis all the ongoing activities like Form work and steel reinforcement in footings, tie/grade beams, columns, beams, slab and material being used.
Supervision during concrete pouring.
To get material test by the authentic laboratories.
Approving the subcontractor’s skill.
Checking and verification of contractor’s bills for payments.
Rate analysis
To make daily progress report and present to my seniors.
Checking daily the safety measures.
