Managing of 250 employees approx at Islamabad Airport including traffic, ramp, cargo, catering, logistics and sales.
Monitoring 42 flights weekly including domestic & international.
Coordinating within coming and outgoing cockpit and cabin crew on daily basis.
Handling all office administration tasks.
Coordinate, organize and develop training programs for assist with training of all departments at airport.
Responsible for ensuring available products which delivered consistent to maintain service level standards.
Liaise with HR on staff related issues.
Coordination with Airport agencies ASF, CAA, regarding staff and flight issues.
