• Review Project Piping Specification, piping standards, piping standard drawings, Piping class, Line List, P&ID’s, PFDs, Overall Plot plan, Unit Plot plans, Equipment vendor drawings, and Instrumentation vendor drawings during design.
• Performed piping routing, cross-check routing with piping spec., P&ID, Supports Check, Bill of Materials and Standards.
• Performed Piping Design duties with the site design engineering team at the construction site, during construction we have to solve the technical site issues which we received through TQs, RFI's and LBEs. We shall have to perform the changes in Pipe routing, Piping plans, Plot plans & etc. as required
• Incorporate all changes in SP3D/PDS; extract Isometrics and piping drawings to issue for construction as a revised revision by including clouds to highlight changes with Smart Sketch/Microstation.
• Shall have to visit construction sites to solve the site issues; to obtain actual site conditions or check clashes if any, site measurements and other physical data such as execution of work to make changes as per site condition to avoid extra changes if not required; same time discuss with other discipline engineers to solve issues efficiently and economically.
• Involved in 3D Model review with SPR 3D Model with Client and our Engineering team to list out Punch items and LBE points to discuss and to close items which rectified and rise new items for corrections.
• Incorporated piping comments in the Master P&IDs.
• Receives hydro test packages for any mismatching between Isometrics and P&ID if there is any mismatch, update and attached it in packages with update revision. Always incorporate all changes directly in SP3D/PDS and P&ID’s change, update manually in field office Master copy and package copy as a redline mark-up and later on update changes in soft copy to minimize revisions.
• Involved in handover stage to the client in preparing and updating deliverable drawings like As-built drawings & diagrams such as P&ID, Isometrics with Index, Equipment Layouts, Underground Layouts and Piping General Arrangement Drawings.
• Familiar with deliverable items at fabrication & erection.
• Coordinates with Madrid’s Main office design engineering team members for any additional information if required.
• Coordinate with supervisor and Field engineers for the actual field work status.
Worked with Technical Support Group, YC&OS Division, Yanbu Refinery.
Job Responsibility:
• I’ve to perform existing Facilities rectification and modification so we have to do actual surveys of facilities to obtain physical conditions to prepare Schematics and drawings of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical for the execution of work.
• Coordinate with client engineers during the demolition of existing facilities and to execution of work and have to take permissions from Loss Prevention and other Departments as required.
• HVAC ducting and underground piping utilities modifications and upgrade works for different scales of buildings within the community facilities.
• Assist the Landscape Architects in all their undertakings. Digitizing of maps and contours for landscaping layout, editing, gathering of data and status reports scrutinizing drawings for comments, preparing transmittal documents and safe keeping of classified restricted drawings and documents.
• Prepare architectural and structural working drawings, studies and carpentry details of balconies, card holders, interior paneling, ceiling design and details.
• Prepare complete and accurate working drawings using the (SAUDI ARAMCO) engineering standards. Requirements are specified and performed.
• Attend company-sponsored seminars for personal enhancement programs.
• Responsible for all kinds of drafting related to Civil, Structural, Electrical, & Mechanical disciplines.
• Performed actual survey of project sites to obtain measurements and to check dimensions and other data such as the physical condition of execution of existing Facilities in preparation of the Mechanical and piping plans.
• Facilitate the correction of working drawings with area engineers for the drafting of facilities like structural details, architecture, water layout and drainage system.
• Prepare complete and accurate working drawings using engineering standards. Requirements are specified and performed.
• Coordination with engineers and proponents during the progress of work.
