Worked as project manager for development of procurement initiatives (cost optimization, supply chain alignment and outsourcing framework) in APC strategy (2021-2025). The project outcome includes 35 recommendations for development the performance of the supply chain functions inside all APC directorates.
Manage all resources and operations of spare parts stores (60K SKU's with an average value of 50M JOD, 25K bin locations and 25 employees), and a total assets of (14 stores, 35K m2 yards area, 13 forklifts, 3 vehicles, 5 refrigerators) in three subdivisions at different cities.
Reduce the dead stock spare parts value by JOD 2.5M for about 6K items in 2023. Reduce the annual stocktaking variances value to be less than JOD 10K JOD (0.02 % of total inventory value).
Update warehouses organization structure by creating three separate section to ensure segregation of duties and avoid conflict of interest between operations, and without any new staff employment.
Create new inventory control section for validating new purchased spare parts on ERP workflow, and manage the inventory items master data file on the inventory module. it’s target to reduce the value of annual purchased materials by JOD 2M, and increase the annual turnover ratio for warehouses.
Enhance the safety of materials and warehouses employees by: Manage CAPEX projects worth about JOD 3.5M to rehabilitate hangars, replace forklifts and increase occupational health measures.
Design and install new rack systems for heavy spare parts and cable drums which will sustain their loads and increase the available pallet bin locations by 50%.
Eliminate the safety risks during working at elevated height inside warehouses.
Apply new housekeeping 5S system’s requirement and achieving the highest score among APC (Score 4.2/5) for the last 5 years by: Follow and inspect on weekly basis with QES the 5S requirements (Sort, set in order, shine, standardization and sustainability) for all stores and yards.
Working as the secretary of write off committee, and the following goals were achieved: Review and approve writing off deadstock spare parts. Review and approve of write off requests for assets and custody lists. Review and approve write off requests for vehicles.
Set new annual smart objectives & KPIs (receiving efficiency, put away efficiency, warehouse utilization per cent, zero safety accident, lost time injuries rate and housekeeping achievement according to the 5S system).
Manage all activities without affecting warehouses performance and objectives, the following is the summary of them during 2022: 45088 issue transaction. 8842 receiving transaction. 7198 sub inventory materials transactions.
Close all internal audit observations related to the warehouses.
Acting on behalf of warehouses superintended. Update MSDS sheets for all hazardous materials and items (113 items), and create a manual for them in the company portal website.
Convert the storage concept from dedicated into randomized which leads to: Develop new warehouses layout and process map to centralize the receiving process, and improve weighted distance and closeness factors. Avoiding new investments as a result of generating new storing areas. Reducing the carrying cost of warehouses by increasing the utilization percent of all stores.
Develop new warehouses policy to include the following: Assign receiving committees for all inventory purchase orders (chemical materials, steel, alloy items and vehicles etc...).
Review all previous un-registered discrepancy P. Os’ materials and solve their issues with purchasing department. Govern inventory items transfer between organizations as per APC DoA Matrix.
Arrange for safety and security of warehouses environment by coordinating with related authorities (Security section, Civil Defiance, IT and environment department).
Inspect all warehouse equipment and assets (Hangars, racks structure, order picker and reach truck machines, ...etc.).
Order repairs and replacements when required. Recruit, hire and train new warehouse employees.
Working with clearance section and their agents to facilitate the customs clearing Member of TapRoot investigation team for minor and major incidents and LOT injuries according to the TapRoot-Root Cause Analysis System.
Coordinate with all managements to facilitate their needs. prepare management reports regarding warehouses activities and performance.

Worked on design and fabrication of the first formula student car on Arab countries, as a team supervisor for 3 years. The project was sponsored by J.U.S.T University and KADDB, in order to participate in Formula Student competition that holds annually in UK. Formula Student Car was part of my graduation project for the bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
