for large-scale infrastructure projects (Seawater Hydro-Power Turbines at Industrial Port (>6MW), SQNB Naval Base 10, 000 ton District Cooling Plant (2-stage centrifugal water cooled chillers), 6, 000m3/day Desalination Plant and 2x1, 500m3/day STP plant, Fuel supply and Compressed air system, Seawater intake CFD design review at Duqm port (24 nos. Vertical turbines pumps), Jeddah Airport Utilities, Khurma Wastewater Pumping Station 48, 000m3/h with huge bar Screens bays involving FEED design, WBS, VE, PQP, PMP, EV and EPC contract management of Major Seawater intake pumping stations, HV power supply of 11kV switch gears, MCC panels & VCB breakers, SCADA control, soft-starters/ VFD drives plus FCV, ARV, PRV, ISV & NRV valves at pipelines up to DN2000 of DI, GI, HDPE, uPVC, GRP, SS, & CS materials. Providing technical guidance and design review, HAZID/HAZOP, HSE plan, changes management, M&E specifications to CIBSE, BSEN, ASTM, ASHRAE, ISO, ASME, API, NFPA, & IEC.
for major infrastructure projects (The Wave Muscat, Seeb Wastewater, Blue-City infrastructure, Sohar Industrial Port, Al-Jabal Akhdar Water Supply, Duqum Airport, Ras Al-Had RO plant, OXY Oil pipelines 3km, OXY RO plant, and OXY STP) The job comprises Planning, FM management, Electrical/Mechanical Design, Supervision and Commissioning of:
•Various Sewage Lift stations with Non-clog Pumps up to 5000m3/h, STP design up to 80, 000m3/day involving SBR & MBR types, Step Screens, Aeration Blowers, RAS/WAS pumps, Grit chambers, Scum Troughs, Decanters, Surface Skimmers, Odour control, Isolating Valves, UV & Chlorination disinfection.
•Central District Cooling HVAC plant using water cooled chillers 2500 tons each centrifugal type with all secondary and primary pumps as well as cooling towers.
•Transmission/Distribution Pumping Stations with pipes/fittings, Seawater RO Desalination plant of 2000m3/day, plumbing & Storm water drainage systems.
•Booster pumping station (PD & Centrifugal pumps) running with VFD drives.
•Vacuum Sewage pumping station with pressure vessels & Vacuum pumps.
•Review & commenting IFC & shop drawings, Quotations, Tender Evaluation, Material approval sheets MAS & doing monthly and weekly progress report.
•Preparing mechanical specifications and planning with conceptual, preliminary and detailed design for water/wastewater projects as well as Risk analysis & HAZOP/HAZID plan & handling client/contractor meetings.

The jobs encompass FEED, Preliminary & Detailed Design to LEED standard, to achieve Zero Carbon, plus Supervision, FM management, Planning, Coordination, O&M plan, Reporting & Commissioning:
•Leading MEP/MEICA team to design mixed-use building & infrastructure services including Pump stations, Sewage lift stations, Storm-water Drainage & Plumbing, Solar system, central HVAC (Air/water cooled chillers, AHU, FCU, CHW pipes), Hot/Cold Water supply, Desalination Plants, Fuel & LPG Gas, Irrigation TSE Network, Sewage Treatment STP plant, BMS system, Fire system NFPA13/14&20.
•Design of Oman largest potable water Pumping Station of 485, 000m3/day capacity at Ghubra Power Plant using Split-case pumps each 1.4MW (MV motor) & Soft-Starters, VFD drives, 11kV Switchgears, VCB breakers, Ventilation System, SCADA, HEX, ARV, FCV, FM, P&ID, SLD, through 35km CS/DI Pipeline DN1600.
•Preparing Design Reports, M&E specifications, Design criteria, KPI/SLA, Preventive Maintenance, Operation Philosophy, BOQ to CESMM3 & monthly Progress Report.
•Providing technical advices, answering RFI, TQ, and Review & commenting IFC & shop drawings, Negotiating Quotations for finance & budget control CAPEX/OPEX.
•Tender evaluation (technical/Financial), RFP review & contractor recommendation.
•Handling FM management, monthly/weekly meetings, site visits and workshops with client & concerned contractors and Liaising with relevant local Authorities for better solutions & providing technical advices for O&M and project Life cycle estimation.
•Leading business development and marketing strategy by adopting advanced techniques and preparing VE value engineering as well as O&M processes.
•Managing complex Water/Wastewater infrastructure projects, including design, progress monitoring & performance, client liaison, construction supervision.
for O&M Operation & Supervision and Contracts Administration of two huge pipeline projects pumping underground water from huge aquifers throughout 60 deep wells including O&M Supervision, reviewing KPI key performance index and SPL service provision level, SCADA control, ESP pumps Installment Design, Well logging, Hydraulic design, Pumping Stations, Surge Vessels, 400km DI Pipelines Inspection, review IFC Drawings, House Connections, Pipes laying, Pressure testing and Disinfections along with Preparing Tender documents and M&E Specifications, Failure analysis, Spare parts lists, Reviewing Construction reports, Estimation, Terms of Reference (TOR), Variation orders (VOs), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Material approval sheet (MAS), & Commissioning.

for O&M of seven Rural Desalination Plants (RDP) operated on the basis of reverse osmosis system (R.O.), and multi stage flash (MSF) & its boiler fed by sea water plus bore-well water treatment in the desert & coastal area of Oman, The job incorporated Preparing Preventive Maintenance, Scheduled Maintenance and Procurement plan for M&E spare parts including O&M of mechanical equipment as well as the supervising of Electric power generated by diesel engines electrical generators 200-1000 KW plus Reporting, Planning and Control of their scheduled maintenance and handling all works of staff management.
