- Provided strategic leadership on Tabadol's end-to-end supply chain including supplier relations, demand and forecasting, order management and after-sales operations, achieving sonic access to the market and over 90% service level achievement for year one.
Alfanar is one of the world's largest electrical product manufacturers, its network covers 300 locations.
Scope included management of the logistics network across Saudi in 14 cities and over 120 employees, including
management of third party operations, Inventory, insurance, property and transportation.
Management of Spare parts, Raw material and finished goods warehouses, including setting up the SOP’s and KPI’s for the department, and achieving skyrocket improvement on inventory and stocks accuracy
