GULF AIR:
Secretarial Functions: Planning/Organizing the diary of the Manager.
Coordinate Workshops/Trainings. Maintaining/update filing system and confidential records. Responsible for office supplies and materials requisitions. Day-to-day incoming/outgoing correspondence, phone calls, emails and faxes. Liaising with Travel Agents. Petty Cash Management.
Sales Functions: Key interface between trade, commercial and sales team. Key interface between stations and Regional Office.
Customer Service Functions: Handle customer complaints by liaising with relevant departments, Airport Office and Regional Office until matter resolved. Handle Frequent Flyer Programme.
Visa Functions: Handle customers and explain procedure for applying visas. Insert on-line visa applications on Immigration system. After sales service i.e. refunds etc.

Handled secretarial/confidential matters for Manager - Branch Control (UAE) and all jobs associated with the position.
Liaise with different branches within UAE to cascade instructions/ information on behalf of the Manager.

•Key interface between station, regional office and other stations.

•Responsible for office supplies and materials requisitions.
•Liaise with Finance Department on payments and Petty Cash Management.
•Coordinate workshops and trainings.

Visa Function:
•Handle customers and explain the procedure for applying visas
•Insert on-line visa applications on immigration system
•Process refunds for customers
