•Year one placement - Role within Operational Risk Management in the Business Relationship team.
•Building and maintaining effective working relationships and embedding risk aware culture throughout business directorates.

•Dealing with cases from pre litigation through to litigation matters.
•Communicate directly with the Client's Policyholder's via letters, telephone calls and emails in a confident and professional manner.
•Regularly draft letters to clients, solicitors and prepare documents such as Particulars of Claim and N1 claim forms for the submission to court.
Working as a top saler in Aldo shoe store. The team achievements meant the store won “club elite 2016” reaching the highest sales and targets.
