Project Coordinator/ Managing all phases of business process management components, process modeling, gap analysis, KPIs identification, providing orientation sessions and training on the newly developed processes to the stakeholders, managing the conclusive part of the project which contains documenting the changes of the organizational structure, changes of laws and regulations and job description manual, developing a new reporting and controlling system to maintain the To-Be situation, by designing the Governance Model and the Performance Evaluation System, setting the Escalation rules and creating the Job Descriptions, applying change management plan through the phases of the project and overall control of the project.
- Developing Operations Toolkit for a Private Sector Organization (Amman - Jordan)
Project Manager/ Managing the Project Team during the organization-wide As Is business processes documentation and related policies, reviewing them and giving some recommendation regarding the gaps between the current and the best practice processes, and training the internal team on the required methods and tools to develop operations toolkit for the Organization.
- Strategy Design and Execution for Non-governmental Organization (Amman - Jordan)
Project Coordinator/ A Market research and analysis were conducted and hence the strategic direction and goals were defined. A strategy map was drawn to show the linkages between the goals and the organizations direction. Using the Balance Scorecard methodology, all goals were assigned specific key performance indicators and target values and hence initiatives were defined to support the achievement of the goals. A road map was developed as a guide for the execution of the newly defined strategy.

Implementing all phases of the business process management component, by modeling the As-Is business and customer service requirements from CSPD and the stakeholders involved, analyzing improvement potentials and process performance, designing the To-Be situation based on automation & e-service criteria.
- Development of Municipal Legislative Instruments for a Public Sector Entity (Abu Dhabi - UAE)
Identify the gaps in the current regulatory framework by understanding the current regulatory context of Abu Dhabi that, and then developing customized technically and legally structured regulations, designing regulatory compliance and an appropriate common enforcement framework (fines, enforcement mechanisms, processes and sustainable organizations) and finally designing an implementation plan for the regulations, considering the essential changes and impacts.
- Development of Policies and Procedures Manual for the Supporting Services Division for an NGO (Amman - Jordan)
Capturing, designing and documenting As Is business processes for Supporting Services Division, in order to develop the Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for each process.

This was implemented through some important steps such as Collecting Field Data, Competitive Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Markov Chain Method, Optimization, Simulation, Risk Assessment and others in which led us to our conclusions and recommendations.
