 Keep abreast of contemporary project management and quality management techniques industry
practices as aligned with corporate objectives.
 Monitor all assigned projects for clear goals, objectives and timelines, with measurable milestones
consistent with corporate strategy and goals.
 Liaise with corporate management raising critical issues as appropriate.  Manage the enterprise projects management process.  Identify any improvements in existing corporate processes needed to support project management.  Oversee periodic divisional meetings required to resolve key projects issues.  Prioritize and organize tasks within project and resource availability.
 Assist in different projects phases.  Prepare the project budget and track the costs.
 Develop project quality management plans and quality assurance processes.  Execute the quality management plans on assigned projects and report quality assurance results.  Develop and execute the quality assurance health checks.
 Perform awareness and training sessions for resources regarding quality management, project
management methodologies and implementation methodology.
 Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.  Liaise with customers when necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues).  Contribute to company’s policies and procedures.  Perform any other tasks upon the request of his/her direct supervisor.

Send reports of quality system (ISO) to the general manager along with suggestion on developing it.
* Revise all the work procedures and to make sure that they cover all the company operations.
* Hand any amended procedures; train the employees how to do, and to keep supervisingthem.
* Planning & implementing the internal procedures and send report to the highermanagement.
* Documenting and reporting procedures and taking writing corrective action and following-upclosure.
* Identify and define all the necessary resources to ensure that application is effective and synchronized
with the surveillance system ISO.
* Provide information and analysis for quality that helps senior management to make decisions that
improve the performance of operations, as well as help in the formulation of the goals of quality
system.
* Preparation of staff training plans in all the company's sites on the use of procedures and business
models and to ensure the effective application.
* Participation in the Board of Directors with periodic review of the objectives of the system and
participation in the formulation of the goals and recommendations regarding meetings.
* Coordination with Donor Company in the external audit process and the renewal of the registration
certificate.
* Conduct safety, environmental system compliance audits
* Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards

• Applying Procter and gamble global quality standards
• Release process for P&G products (head & shoulder, pert, crest, oral B, pampers, always, Herbal, Pantine, Pringles)
• MCE pricing process.
• Cost analysis, Time &Motion studies, performance &recognition process, stocktaking process, Organize Daily, monthly meetings.
• Giving the Approval for standard samples &Raw Materials.
• Train the Daily labors on P&G standards Requirements
• Making the total action plans & score cards &Self Improvement Programs
• Validation for all equipment’s in Petra Manipulation site
• Follow up all Manipulation site SOP Updates &control of documents
• Internal Audit for P&G KEY elements in Manipulation site,
