• Manage the import and export departments including FCL/LCL/RORO.
• Following up on Customer’s claims.
• Following up on container movements.
• Logistics Services.
• Following Up on the discharging and loading vessels' reports.
• Weekly & Monthly Reports.

• Customs Amendments / E-CLAIMS GATE.
• Manage documentation flow.
• Liaise with Customs, Port Authorities, and Shipping Lines as and where necessary to ensure that all rules and regulations are being followed properly.
• Ensure continuous improvement processes to increase efficiencies reduce waste, and improve the performance of our customers.
• Manage Import & Export shipments documents.
• Monitor between the Amman office and Aqaba office and the port Authority
• Handling Internal & external correspondence between the line and the forwarders & customers
• Following Up on the discharging and loading vessels’ reports
• Preparing Vessel Documents & Reports and sending them to the Customs Authority
• Preparing all Dangerous Shipments (direct delivery & Security Committee)
• Handling all customer Inquires
• Control Equipment coordinator
• Following up on the shipments with the customers
• Update all the shipments on the ASYCUDA system (Worldwide customs system)
• Following up on the containers with Depo & Terminal
• Following up on the schedule for the coming vessels RORO & Containers
• Handling Internal & external correspondence between the line and the forwarders & customers
• Logistics Services.
• Following Up on the discharging and loading vessels’ reports
• Preparing and following up on the manifest for RORO, FCL, LCL, CNTRS
• Preparing Vessel Documents & Reports and sending them to the Customs Authority
• Following all amendment inquiries with Customs Authority
• Customer Service Skills (customer complaints, customer calls & inquiries)
• Preparing all Dangerous Shipments (direct delivery & Security Committee)
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests
• Issuing delivery orders
• Support Sales Departments by getting & providing full data for the new customers
• Handling Internal & external correspondence between the line and the forwarders & customers
• Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
• Following all containers discharging in Aqaba port & pending Shipments
• Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
• In charge of 14 members of F.U.N Students
• Manage various events for Zain Program & Zain Company
• Charity Work and community services
• Sales
• Support HR Department by interviewing new members of F.U.N
