I joined Saudi Rakeen group in April 2019 as a sales manager for the group to manage B2B sales for the company. Working with Harvey Nichols was high challenging, rewarding and lovely period, where it was my first experience in the fashion sector. My major task was opening the wholesale department for the food and beverage and cosmetics products, where the company was importing a luxury and high-end products from Europe and they planned to distribute it in KSA market.

It was my first major role in hotel sales and marketing, and major learning ground as I managed to get broad experience with help of my peers.
SYAHYA owned a 5 stars Hotel (Abha Palace Hotel), 5 resorts, motels, restaurants, entertainment parks, and a lot of the hospitality and tourist service facilities in Abha city-KSA.

I started my work focusing on government and local corporate segments. With success and sustainable established in these segments, I was given opportunity to work with big local corporate and government, where I had major success with accounts like Nokia, Zain, Mobily, Al Jazeera Paints, KKU, and all ministries of government in the area; the company did well and along with the team we managed to increase the managed segment market share from 40% to 60%.

I was also given the responsibility of managing the marketing department, so I managed all marketing activities for the company like the International Mother Day and International Women Day, etc. as each event reflected increment the clients to the Hotel restaurants and coffee shops more than 300% comparison with regular days. Also, I handled all digital marketing for the company, following up the social media pages, doing the online marketing campaigns, and get the feedback and stay in touch with our clients; where that returned with good result for the company, as they get more than 5000 followers on their social media pages.
Also, I contracted with wholesaler agencies TA's & OTA's like Booking.com, Agoda.com, Expedia.com, Etc. And other local companies like Global Gate agency, Saudi Vacations Club, and a lot of TA's. and that made huge difference in the company sales, during the three years; we sold more than 10000 rooms through these channels.
Also, I was assigned to the administration work like participating in the real estate exhibitions due the board decided to sale some villas of the company; so we participated in Top Expo (Kuwait), Restatex Cityscape(Dammam), Restatex Cityscape(Jeddah), as we returned with 5 million SAR of these exhibitions.

In the 2nd period of working with SYAHYA, I had contracted with big entertainment companies and they rented our Luna park with 15 million SAR for 5 years, where we increased the net profit for the same year as per the budget for year 2019 around 75%.
