Events Project Manager:
Ensure the delivery of the project by managing the project’s budget “OOP”, production, operation & staffing of the events.
Work Scope:
Management:
• Budget Management “OOP” Cost efficient!
• Tracker of the events.
• Managing a team of in house and on ground team
Production:
• Design.
• Building.
• Dismantle.
Operations:
• Outsourcing suppliers.
• Recruiting.
• Slotting.
• Allocating.
• Briefing Teams.
• Managing logistics.
Staffing:
• Staffing in person the live running show of the event.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects through planning and effective project management.
In addition, ensuring the regular communication and promotion of Wicked, both within our existing client base and to any potential clients highlighted by me, or by the Planning Management.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
• Client Communication & Business Development
• Project Conceptualization
• Pricing, Briefing and Planning
• Installation, Utilization & De-Rig.
Managing all of the ambassadors in my assigned Zone; briefing, scheduling breaks and managing replacements as required. Supporting Zone Managers throughout the Festival period.
Pre-event activity that includes scheduling volunteers and issuing the required accreditation based on their availability for the Festival period. Working in the Ambassadors program in QAH Festival, to make sure that all the participants in this program are legit and have all their documents up-to-date, then organizing their participation in the Festival according to the timings they chose, training them before the festival to be able to do their roles on site & evaluating them during the Festival period.
Organizing and planning client's quotations for specific items requested by GOETHE Institute for their office in Abu Dhabi, and following up with the suppliers till the delivery process.
