I am managing a team of 5 Product Executives and 2 Product Designers. Being the most experienced member of the team, I have had the opportunity to work on roadmapping, targets forecasting, and other critical aspects of product management that senior management typically handles. This experience has helped me develop a well-rounded skill set and an in-depth understanding of product management, making me an ideal candidate for this role.

In my current role, I have led various product development initiatives from ideation to launch, including conceptualizing, scoping, and prioritizing features. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Additionally, I have a strong understanding of user research, A/B testing, and data analysis, which I use to inform product decisions and drive product improvements.
