Working as HR Consultant with different organizations, responsibilities include but not limited
to:
o Design policies that align efforts towards the success of the organization mission and objectives.
o Organize & develop training manuals, or course contents, plus handouts or visual materials.
o Engage in a variety of HR activities across multiple disciplines, which cover Talent Acquisition &Management, retention; organizational development;Rewards and compensation.
o Set & Plan strategies towards building HR Capabilities within the organization.
*Review, develop, promote and monitor corporate HR Policies & Procedure on all personnel matters.
*Analyze existing policies and procedures, and provide input and suggest recommendations.
*Respond to requests and questionnaires, and provide information and advice on corporate Human Resources policies and practice..
*Provide advice to HR teams on the application of policy and employment law where appropriate. .
*Ensuring that the human resource requirements of departments are identified and plans are made for satisfying those requirements.
*Conduct planning and reporting activities, as well as a variety of other accountability and transparency functions for the Human Resource and other departments.
*Preparing necessary reports for HR Planning & Performance.
*Participate in multi-functional/multi-disciplinary projects and tasks.
*Manage the daily HR tasks and sets the strategic direction of the department.
*Provide extensive support to the core sections, and align with group’s business units.
*Oversee the performance of the entire HR team and assign their roles and responsibilities.
*Design the annual development approaches in line with the business strategic goals.
*Provide the Mid & long term objective analysis to the executive management.
*Supervise the personnel operations’ team
Manage the entire recruitment process and coordinate with other departments.
Conduct behavioral interviews to match the candidate vs. the role.
Assess recruitment agency profiles and Review the JDs and update them periodically, in alignment with department heads.
Coordinate the annual department’s structure review to match business requirements.
Conduct the career assessments for employees and supervise their internal mobility.
Supervise the students registration process and ensure compatibility with policies.
Respond to all sort of enquiries and provide information to meet customers’ requirements.
Generate periodic reports to the university council.
