As a Buyer in the Commercial Department at TSC, i am handling the Dairy & Frozen department. In this regard i represent the image of the company with respect to the suppliers. I am responsible of negotiating with all the suppliers in my department in order to get the best deal at a lower cost. My duties include, communicating with all different departments including finance department to follow up in preparing checks due for suppliers. My responsibilities also include performing feasibility study, sending orders and receiving invoices, increase the performance of weak brands through promotions or more visibility, entering new products or ceasing non-performing items, price on par with competition, follow up with suppliers to deliver on time, prepare weekly promotional items ahead of time....
