• Job description :
• Perform regular visits to the manage locations (17) to monitor their performance and maintain Orange standards are put into action.
• Coordinate all needed trainings for staf with concerned parties.
• Analyze Daily/ Weekly/Monthly sales performance, aiming to improve sales figures and take corrective actions whenever needed.
• Coach & develop the team to maintain high level of performance and quality
• Maintain solid communications with orange partners among my assigned region.
• Follow up stock levels to secure stock levels against assigned targets.
• Propose solutions for operational obstacles aiming to increase operational eficiency.
• Manage new locations rollout, fulfilling all sales requirements: searching & validating proposed locations in alignment with the geo marketing, facilities & technology teams.
• Review P&L analysis for regions Expresses with director of channel on quarter basis.
• Conduct regular meetings with orange partners to discuss the operations performance progress against assigned sales & quality targets.
