Work as Accounting Manager FMCG sector, main job tasks and responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• Accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, Payroll, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, bank position & reconciliation , fixed asset activity, prepaid accounts, Maintain and follow-up upon Sales, aging of receivable & store cycle.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Provide recommendations upon internal control procedure.
• Establish accounting systems from zero, check runs of the business and make initiate corrective actions.
• Follow up on all Tax procedures from registration to payment remittance such as sales tax, income withholding tax.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Work as General Accountant in Accounts Department Main Job Tasks as listed below:
1 - Prepare, Post & maintain all transaction regarding Journal Voucher - payment Vouchers.
2- Daily Bank balances monitoring, Monthly bank reconciliation for various banks.
3 - Monitor all outstanding accounts payable (Vendor Reconciliation), Cash Collection, Petty Cash Liquidation and Internal branch (current Accounts).
4- Generate ageing analysis and Follow-up with Customer for pending balances through salesman.
5- Monitor on a monthly basis all prepaid accounts and do all proper accounting amortization upon the financial period.
6- Daily Collections and Payments Coordinate with branch Accountants
8- Prepare monthly income statement for main and sub branches showing the profitability and expenses analysis situation for each.
Main Job Tasks : prepare and review all subcontract ledger, payment, invoices and contracts, prepare reports upon high management request related to contracts and purchases for subcontracts, Suppliers in order to control purposes

4- Effectively communicate with Project Manger (PM) and Principals in charge (PIC) regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications approvals and any additional services related to financial issues .
