NUPCO is the largest value-driven and centralized health care procurement, re-exporting, warehousing and distribution company for pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and supplies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Founded in 2008 and fully-owned by Public Investment Fund, NUPCO aims to elevate the performance of the healthcare sector by strategically improving the healthcare facilities in all public hospitals and medical centers in the Kingdom.

• Manage and create all Eastern region plants and storage locations in SAP.
• Validate most ASN issues related to procurement or material unit.
• Advise the procurement team to release unreleased POs.
• Advise the material master unit to extend materials and modify wrong data (mismatch descriptions, codes, plants, storage locations, customer codes, customer generic codes).
• Advise the finance team to extend vendors to other plants and storage locations and open the closed period of doing good receipts.
• Create and upload all direct POs for KFMMC MODA Dammam in SAP.
• Create and manage all ASNs for all MODA hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
• Support and advise SAP users in all MODA hospitals how to modify and post GRNs based on its ASNs vs POs.
• Upload initial stock of Dammam Plant through the stock upload program in SAP.
• Support and provide the total inventory value of KFMMC weekly to VPs and CEO.
• Support and provide the number of goods receipts for all MODA hospitals.

Achievement: 

- Improve the Good Receipts process by implementing two new ways of handling it.
- Improve reviewing the material data by making a checked list so anyone can process them. 

- Massive reduction of customer complaints of GRN reports and the Hybris system.

• Ensure that all requirements are properly communicated to vendors for accurate proposals and quotations.
• Apply services procurement transactions on SAP.

• Reflect required projects update to EPM as per PMO Methodology.

Senior Executive – MRP “Material Requirements Planning” في ARASCO

I work as Senior Executive in ARASCO FEED which is the 1st SBU planning and controlling the inventory related to customers’ contracts and sales forecasts. In addition to that, I am heavily involved in processing purchase requests, approving the non-budgeted requests and working closely with the R&D department to review their new requirements.

Achievements:
- 85% reduction of shortage in 80 materials by making a good planning strategy and stock management.
