Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand their recruiting needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies to achieve hiring goals and provide guidance and support throughout the recruiting process.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating technical assessments and facilitating the decision-making process.
Assist with Recruitment Manager in preparation of various recruitment reports like Hiring report, deployment report, visa report, ewakala management report, agency performance report, Arrival report and all other supporting documents
Support the recruitment manager in all activities (Recruitment Life cycle) of the recruitment department preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding. Hiring from India, Nepal, Egypt, Pakistan, Uganda, Kenya and other nationalities.
• Manage overseas recruitment for sectors B2B, B2C and in-house individual sector experience.
• Organize interviews for different job roles with the recruitment manager, in case of absence or other time conduct the interviews as per sales order and job description and arrange client interviews online and offline with coordination with overseas agencies.
• In Charge of all recruitment modules in CRM such as Candidate, Visa, Agency, Invoices and Arrival Plan
