• Increase invoicing & collection by a 30% on YoY basis for the EU, Russia & CIS regions, whilst assuring that costs are spent efficiently, and the Minsk office is working as an independent strategic business unit for the company.

Key Responsibilities: Minsk Belarus, Moscow Russia
• Lead the projects department in Minsk Belarus; work with project managers to critically review contracts, plans & budgets and align cash flows from pipeline projects across the EU, Russia & CIS for the assured realization of quarterly & yearly invoicing, collection & costs targets.
• Deploy cutting edge technology & establish a proper process flow at the workshop in Minsk ensuring smooth operation between Procurement and Logistics Teams in planning and coordination to complete projects, meet production plans and populate a database of approved & certified agents & suppliers in the region.
• Secure future revenue streams for the company in the region through in-depth analysis of financial performance and by providing guidance & support to the Sales Team in tendering & bidding leveraging on past experiences & technical knowledge.
• Administer training to Belarusian projects staff in Minsk on company’s standards & procedures to help them accomplish performance indicators independently and without extensive involvement of the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities: United Arab Emirates
• Manage over 70+ in line Oil and Gas pipeline inspection projects across 5 regions, control complete operations from planning to project completion across all relative departments; liaise with Project Director, CEO & COO to keep tabs on setup targets and execution projects in a seamless manner.
• Support the Sales Team in drafting technical & commercial offers; implement, supervise & coordinate planning for Tool Management, Production, Design & Logistics in sync with project requirements.
• Engineer & design pipeline inspection equipment & procedures through close coordination with the R&D department & Mechanical designers; adhere with contractual requirements to avoid cost overruns in lieu of re-engineering & design changes.

• Manage & Complete field work using Intelligent In-line (ILI) technology inclusive of Magnetic Flux leakage & Ultrasound to collect & collate data for health & condition analysis of pipelines.

Notable Completed Projects:

- Beltransgas : Inpsection of onshore 32” x 400 km main transmission Oil pipeline, with geometry Caliper tool, MFL & TFI tools.
- Gazprom Orenburg: Manage the inspection of 36” x 120 km Newly commissioned pipeline with high H2S content, using compressed air and hydro dampening.
- Kaztransoil: Pre-comissioning survey of 28” x 300 km main transmission pipeline section (Aktau - Atrau). Caliper & MFL.
- Enagas & Metragas : Gibraltar 22” x 60 km parallel lines inspection using combo technology pigs (Morocco & Spain)
- Petronas Malaysia: Inspection survey of 10” offshore oil pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Service radical track cars and KTM crossbows inclusive of fixing/prepping vehicles for track days/races and pits for a renowned Motorsports team.
