Develop and supervise implementation of project plan to track progress.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Overall supervision and successful completion of assigned projects.
Manage, lead, motivate, assess, train and develop employees.
Review inspection reports and assist in resolution of field construction problems.
Provide technical oversight and coordination of project engineering work, through project coordination meetings and other means, and monitor progress against project.

Review the shop drawings for landscape and Irrigation before submission and follow up with consultant until getting the approval.
Prepare Project Responsibilities Matrix and carry out duties accordingly.
Manage assigning of resources and the quantities required for each project, including manpower, timing and material.
Plan and facilitate team meetings, conduct project status reviews, identify and share best practices.
Provide senior management with updates on critical activities status.
Support estimation team during tenders pricing and review overall the submission of technical and commercial documents.
Direct all construction operations for landscape projects, and reported to operations manager.
Responsible for cost control and budget to avoid overruns.
Create and manage the master construction schedule for more than one project.
Conducted kick off meeting with clients and consultants, handled regular meeting with project’s staff, client members and consultants.
Responsible for effectiveness, and efficiency of staff, plant, materials, logistics, procurement and subcontractor management.
Coordinates all facets of construction to ensure the overall performance, with regards to budget, planning, technical, and value engineering.
Responsible for site cost implementation records, and monitoring of set budget, ensure QA/QC and HSE Standards are set to be implemented and met.
Design of modern irrigation systems for all landscape projects which including preparation of layout using AutoCAD program, pipe sizing, hydraulic calculation, pump selection, and doing all technical procedure which include cost estimation and cost analysis for all available resources of materials, manpower and equipment .
•Irrigation Design including prepare shop drawings for the followings:
Irrigation Main line-Sprinkler & Drip irrigation-Details-Pump rooms.
•Install different kinds of irrigation networks using different kinds of pipes and irrigation
materials.
•All the hydraulic calculations, and the water requirements related to The design by using latest equations.
•Prepare irrigation schedule (Time, Amount).
•Prepare the irrigation materials submittals, and follow up to get the Consultant approvals.
•Do quantity take off, Estimates of materials and labor for every project.
•Coordinate with purchasing department in making LPO's for irrigation materials.
•Manage the irrigation works in the project, (Material, manpower).
•Prepare weekly and monthly report
•Supervision on soft landscape and irrigation works.
•Attend the site meeting and the coordination meeting with the consultant.
•Prepare inspection request and handing over papers and follow it up with consultant
Supervised of soft landscape and irrigation works by following up all operations and maintenance activities.
Irrigation Design including preparation of shop drawings for Irrigation Main line, lateral lines (Sprinkler, bubblers & Drip irrigation) Installation Details and Pump Stations .
Prepare the hydraulic calculations, and the water requirements related to the design by using latest equations.

Manage the landscape and irrigation’s maintenance works in the project, (Material, manpower and machinery).
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for landscape and irrigation works .
Attend the site meeting and coordination meeting with consultant and client.
Prepare inspection request and handing over procedure and follow up with consultant.
Maintenance of tractors (John Deer - Caterpillar).
Maintenance of Caterpillar heavy machine (Pulldozer- Excavator).
Maintenance of Agricultural Machinery (Tillage Implement machines,
Planters, Cultivator, Harvesters, Scattering machines manure).
Supervisor in a team in the company’s contract with the Ministry of Agriculture and
Irrigation and it is specialized in removing the silting from the main and sub main
Irrigation canals in the Gezera Scheme in season 2006-2007.
