Responsible for overall finance function of business units.
•Manage- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports on timely basis.
•Prepare and analyse budgets, plans closely working with operational teams.
•Manage cash flow on day to day basis and assuring accurate forecasts are made and monitored.
•Oversee Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for margins, stock levels, receivable and payables.

Internal Control & Audit
•Ensure adequate internal control environment & compliance with group accounting and control policies.
•Work with Internal and External Auditors to provide supporting documents and explanations to ensure proper annual monitoring and completing the audit in time.
•Ensure safeguard of all assets of business and inventory accounts are kept accurately and periodical checking and reconciliation are done timely.

Human Resources.
•Monitor compensation calculations and timely disbursement.
•Ensure accurate provisioning of terminal and other HR benefits.
