1 - Security Passes Coordination:
• Issuance of the mission assistance letters and the approval from the traffic department.
• Typing the security passes for persons vehicles and ships.
• Follow up the issuance, renewal, and the cancellations of security passes.
• Representative to Critical National Infrastructure Authority.

2 - Shipping & Marine Works Coordination:
• Maintain the original passports, seaman books, and the seaman cards.
• Follow up the inward-outward clearance for the ships(crew list and nil cargo manifest)
• Follow up of navigation and TRA licenses.
• Representative to Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Customs and Maritime ports.

3 - Correspondence
• Experience in Typing and Formulation of all correspondences (government - companies - embassies- internal), Arabic and English.
• Issuing and checking invoices and bills

4 - Traffic Department
• Typing & issuing permits to use the public roads and the security clearances to enter the oil sites.
• Representative to the traffic and road engineering department.

5 - Representative to the Ministry of Labor & Immigration Department

• Deal with customers
• Manage the timings of classes
• Follow up with the accounting and receiving the installments
• Management filling and archiving

• Ensure that the rules and regulations of the club are maintained
• Tailor physical workout and nutrition programs
• Follow-up with the payment receivables of subscription fees or membership fees
• Implementation of physical therapy sessions
• Coaching of aerobic programs
