Establishing the proper sequence and realization of developments, i.e., production of HBU, feasibility study, design management, financial evaluation, construction, planning, and marketing & sales strategies of the development of several projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Involving in and leading management of all aspects of the project. Allocation responsibilities efficiently for management team to handle the process. Holding regular meetings with financial experts to review, allocate, and close all project financial constraints. Coordination with all parties involved in the project to ensure coordination and smooth running of different activities to avoid overlapping, clashes, and delay.
Managing budgets, communicating with teams and stakeholders, knowledge of contract management, risk management and cost control, integrity, quality, and site safety.
Interaction with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitoring and program implementation of works on site, and overseeing progress of subcontractors’ work, and coordination for timely procurement and
delivery of material.
Planning and scheduling construction activities within time, manpower, equipment, and cost.
Implementation of the latest construction materials and techniques. Using innovative strategies and procedures.
Study, design, and evaluation of environmental impact and development of guidelines and strategies towards sustainable developments. Landscaping ranging from private gardens to large public open areas.
Management of international EPC Contractors and Consultants in KSA. Preparation of request of
proposals, scope of works, contracts, pre & post construction management. Selection and management of parties involved in EPC contracts, i.e., partners, consultants, and subcontractors.
Evaluation of project’s investment returns and bankability i.e., contractual structuring, modelling, analysis and management of risks and specialists (legal, financial, technical).
Designed projects and reviewed architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Provided technical expertise in development of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes.
Performed design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural, and mechanical works associated with building construction.
Created villa designs and highly detailed drawings. Worked around constraining factors such as environmental impact and project budget.
Wrote and presented reports and proposals and specified the requirements for the projects.
