Supervising the quality of the purchasing concerning banquet food product, helping the captain banquet.
Managing a team work of 15 persons for the dairy production. producing cheese and yogurt
Build a team work of 6 persons to produce cheese, working with the QA manager for the quality control of all the production .
Quality control of the new production of fresh laban and labneh .
My Memoire or Theses in the 5th year was on food technologie, producing a blue cheese in Lebanon. I got an honor of " BIEN " 15/20
