General management of an emerging general contracting company and executing projects with private and public sectors. Managing all aspects of the company: technical, commercial, financial, administration and marketing.
(Handled multiple projects simultaneously, used my baggage of know-how to avoid costly errors and even reduce cost and time of construction)
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate between project members and inter-discipline communication.
• Ensure the issuance of material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, etc. on time
• Highlight any impact on services caused by other trades changes.
• Manage and supervise Subcontractors by carrying out regular site walks.

• Mina 1394-Office Building LEED Certified, Beirut
(Successfully built the department, using my previous skills to establish the IT infrastructure, recruitment of the engineers and staff, set the procedures for engineering production and site construction and supervision).
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical supervision of project designated electrical designers and draftsmen in the execution of their duty
• Manage electrical design and any design changes within budget and schedule
• Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives
• Prepare weekly electrical progress and expenditure reports on a project specific basis.

(worked on my first high rise building with very stringent conditions and in absence of a main contractor)
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise between head office and site regarding the production of engineering documents.
• Provide technical support for the MEP subcontractor.
• Responsible for the communication between different parties.
• Coordinate with all trades.

(Promoted from junior engineer to senior engineer due to my fast learning ability and trainings that I have received in Germany and gained an international experience by working in different site locations).
• Design of electrical systems in conformity with applicable standards.
• Supervise the electrical installations on remote sites.
