•Revise the Credit Analysis of the files submitted by the Credit Analysts in the Unit to ensure accuracy of the credit data and financial statements and to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
•Assess corporate customers, make decisions about customer credit applications using a range of criteria including terms and conditions, purpose of application, credit viability, customer payment history and customer credit-worthiness… including: new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence. Recommend to the Credit Committee the borrower's ability to repay and best applicable credit facility terms
•Update and improve the Bank's lending protocols
•Develop and prepare spreadsheets and models to support analysis of new and existing credit applications
•Approve requests of authorization for debtor clients exceeding the direct facilities' limits…
•In the case of credit facilities including specific purpose & project financing: analyze and interpret the feasibility study and cash flows, control the usage of the loan to be compliant with its purpose…
•Prepare periodical reports requested by Management, Central Bank and Bank Control Committee, including: credit facilities by country of usage, by security coverage, non-performing/ excess…
•Review, approve and recommend to the Credit Committee the issuance of Letter(s) of Credit & Letter(s) of Guarantee… including purpose, banks' policies, credit facility terms and conditions
