Managing the Construction Division in Jamal Jaroudi Group, through directing all fields of construction activities for all projects involving multiple tasks. Applying widely diversified knowledge and experience of various disciplines to be used during construction, as well as the most current and effective methods and techniques to be utilized for better performance. In addition to construction supervision and management, I am also responsible for tendering study and supervising the field administration, procurement, financial and field engineering.

Accountable for managing the delivery of the Group projects with all concerned firms and companies, besides providing the technical and managerial services for all facilities, offices, and warehouses.

Managing the in-house maintenance teams & the third parties to perform the work perfectly ensuring smooth continuity of manufacturing and operation to achieve the Group strategy plan.

Managing and planning the execution of two projects through direct involvement in all aspects of work. Responsible for client progress meetings on and off site, cost control, invoicing, variation, claims, invoice payment resolution and conditions of contract. Also worked closely with other department managers (HR, Financial, Logistic, Technical and QA/QC) to promote overall project effectiveness.

Managing an estimation team consisting of engineers and quantities surveyors to provide reliable, consistent, timely and accurate estimating services. Operating independently and working closely with other departments to assist in making suitable asset management decisions relating to the definition and delivery of all types of work.

Estimating the civil and architecture work of several projects. Working with estimation team consisting of engineers and quantities surveyors to provide a dependable and consistent estimating costs. Then moving to the site to manage the execution of the skeleton work of 45 villas out of 191 villas in addition to the executive villa and one of the main buildings.

Designing, estimating and supervising several mid projects (luxurious villas, residential buildings, chalets, restaurants, and offices).

Supervising the construction works of many schools, hospital, and infrastructure projects. Controlling the quantities and ensuring the quality of the executed work as per the spec. Estimation the architectural items in some projects.
