Project manager for Construction of 2 high standing commercial residential buildings located at the VGE road with total build up of 16, 000 m2,
Following up the progress with site manager in accordance with the schedule
Regular follow up meeting with consultant, designer and client
Ordering and following up the local and imported materials
Checking the sub-contractors contracts, their site activities and preparing their invoices
Preparing the monthly invoice and variation orders
Checking the quantities prepared by QS department
Dealing with newly imported exterior cladding tile (FRONTEK)
Reviewing the Design Drawings and shop drawings prepared by the Sub-Contractors
Project: « Replace of Administration building for Juaymah Gas Plant», Started on 2014
Tasks:
- Working as Site Manager for the construction of the building with total build up area of 10, 000 m^2 with Asphalt Pavement for building Parking and installation of 1.5 Km MV cable, Instrument and telecom cables from admin building to the plant
- Ensure the daily construction in accordance to the plan and the schedule
- Identify site problems and solve the in coordination
- Ensure the team is fully complied with SAUDI ARAMCO standards for Safety and Quality
- Follow up submittals and request ahead materials and assets for site
Project: « Al Nawras village-East Damam Housing Construction »
Tasks:
- Construction of 228 Villas divided into 7 types
- Dealing with new Slab formworks called TABLA Panels
- Working with ARAMCO specifications for safety and quality
CCE, Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Project: « Jubail Export Refinery »
Tasks: - Working as civil engineer, Subcontractor of Technip, main contractor of Satorp
(Saudi Aramco/TOTAL)
- 2 Water tight basins: 30m x 20m x 7m (height) each.
- 12 Foundations for Pumps connected to basins and cooling towers.
- 2Km length Pipe rack's foundations.
- Underground works: Manholes, Pits, Duct Ban Trenches, and Ditches.
- Heavy Equipment foundations.
- Various Foundations for flare 175m length.
- Dealing with SATORP approved materials.
- Attending various SATORP safety training.
