Installing, managing and regularly maintaining core business card management and banking applications and servers.
My responsibilities include planning, conducting audits, and reporting observations on information system processes.
Working as a system administrator, some of my duties were installing and maintaining servers, network storage, and other systems. Also my job was to administer the data backup system and replication to disaster recovery sites.
Installing and maintaining Windows Workstation OSs (All version).
Installing and maintaining Microsoft Office products.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Train computer users as necessary
Bachelor degree in MIS.
