Selling: supervising the sales team, figures & achievements. and taking actions to achieve set targets in both for local & export markets.
Marketing: preparing yearly & seasonal plans for brand exposure & tatical offers.
Developpment: upgrading current brand products (updating existent or creating new lines) to meet with consumer trends.
Prining: setting price structures & strategies for my SKU's for both local & export market.
production: managing & preparing orders of raw material & finished products
