ESTABLISHMENT OF A FROZEN YOGURT BAR

Berrylicious - a new F&B concept in Lebanon, frozen yogurt bar, for young and hip customers specially those that care about their health and lifestyle, targeting Lebanese beaches and resorts only. From planning to implementation phase, including feasibility study, concept creation (brand, name, logo...) and daily operations management, I have been in charge of every single aspect.

 Identification Solutions (ID cards, passports, vehicle registration, driver license)
 E-voucher Distribution System (telecom)
 Responsible for proposing, planning, developing and implementing governmental Identification projects from contract acquisition till projects execution
 Responsible for analysing international tenders and feasibility evaluation in cooperation with different departments
 Preparation and handling of the governmental tenders, e.g. preparation of offers, documents and presentations
 Defining and structuring projects
 Responsible for internal projects development and customer order
 Defining project tasks and resource requirements
 Preparing project implementation plans
 Follow up project deliverables
 Full coordination between suppliers and subcontractors
 Coordinating and supporting project staff
 Weekly reports on progress of the project
 Developing and implementing various business plans (sales, CAPEX, OPEX, Manpower, Forecasted balance sheets, valuation etc) for new projects locally and internationally
