Creation & maintenance or vendor master data in SAP tool & clearance or IDOC fallout,
Processing of invoices for payment in SWAN tool by contacting external & internal vendor through calls & continues follow ups.

 Process delivery and meeting/exceeding customer SOW/SLA metrics
 Regular customer interaction, review performance and drive best Customer Experience
 Ensure Continuous process improvements to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
 Vendor Data Management Processing - TAT adherence, Follow Up /Query Management
 Invoice processing- Verifying, validating the details on the invoices and routing them for payment.
 Maintaining the HP vendor profiles in SAP systems for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
 Following-up, monitoring and supervising the vendor responses, resolving the customer queries.
 HP payment term compliance- Keep the HP vendor payment terms in sync by regular database review. Work with Country Controllership and Country Finance Representatives to identify and take corrective action in case of any deviation found.
 Identifying and eliminating the duplicate vendors using Audit and duplicate analysis to avoid possibility of duplicate payments to the vendors
 Reporting daily and monthly activities of the team.
 Adhering to ISO/Internal Financial Audit Guidelines to avoid Non-conformity
 Undertaking work allocation and production planning within the team and ensuring the same is completed within the time
