Responsibilities:
• SAP systems installations (ERP, BW, PI)
• Done System Refreshes on R3 system
• Involved in Disaster recovery tests
• Patch Management (Downloading support packages from service market place and Applying support packs.)
• Kernel upgrade across landscape
• SNOTE implementation
• Client Administration (Client creation, Export & Import, Local Client Copy)
• Database Administration (Scheduling backups, analyzing backup failures, checking for DB growth, scripts creation for backup, reducing HWM of tablespaces, reorg activity etc)
• SAP systems monitoring (Monitoring System logs for errors, warnings and information, Analyzing ABAP dumps, Checking for any failed updates. Checking for any Lock entries, activation, reorganizing and monitoring Queue through SMQ1 etc)
