Liaise with PM in delivering the scope of work in line with planning

Responsible for MEP/Civil (PPM/RM/CM as per the agreed SLA & KPI)

Ensuring scheduled maintenance & daily/weekly/monthly inspections

Manage and control the entire service & operational activities/deliveries

Create and Develop yearly Preventive Maintenance schedules as required

Ensuring appropriate use of project resources within set budget & deadlines

Familiar with local authority’s (DEWA/ADDC/SEWA/RSB) requirements and procedures

Reviewing & accepting related project delivery plans submitted by subcontractors

Liaise with stakeholders in order to ensure all parties are aware of project progress

Proactively coordinates with property managers for all maintenance related activities

Review and analyze project processes and policies to improve processes and systems

General understanding of Building, MEP Codes as they relate to construction of project.

Hands-on experience in Electrical - Lighting, Power, FLS, ELV, Security & Access Control, etc.

Setting up clear lines of communication with Client and subcontractors to address shortfalls and issues

Experience of FAÇADE, its Lighting & controlling, doors automation & interfacing with actuators, FLS & ACS

Attending to client daily, weekly, monthly meetings
as required, find meaningful remedial/corrective actions

Technically assessing the variations/changes in regulation by local authorities and advise on cost and time impact

Preparing and participating actively in the project hand over process and ensure that all appropriate documental evidence is provided

Motivate and lead subordinates to execute and perform job responsibilities for maximum productivity while maintaining a high degree of moral

Supporting in early identification and notification of contract variances for process through the project management team and that they are fully and properly recorded

Experience in servicing and inspection of equipment including central air conditioning, centrifugal and absorption chillers, heating and ventilation systems, plumbing fixtures, sewage systems, electrical fixtures and circuitry,
pumps, motors, elevators, related instruments and controls
